Welcome aboard! We're excited to have you as part of the TickHosting Staff Team. Before getting started, please make sure to read all the rules and pinned comments in this channel — they contain important information about your responsibilities and conduct.

📋 Your Main Responsibilities

  • Watch over tickets and respond to users as soon as possible.
  • Keep an eye on the support channel for any new messages.
  • Always be professional, respectful, and helpful when assisting users.

⚙️ Useful Commands

  • /ai-to-human reason: → Convert AI responses into human-style replies.
  • /ai-to-human → Rewrite AI-generated text so it sounds more natural and human.
  • !feedback → Send or request feedback from users after providing support.
  • !logs → Request or access server logs for troubleshooting purposes.
  • /close → Close resolved tickets and mark them as completed.
  • /inspect-server → View and inspect server information or status.
  • /add-user → Add another user to a ticket when additional access is needed.
  • /analyze-log → Analyze Minecraft or server logs to identify issues quickly.
  • /ask → Ask the AI assistant for help or information related to support.
  • /feedback-stats → View feedback statistics and user ratings.
  • /ticket-stats → View ticket activity and support statistics.

🛡️ Moderation Commands [Discord] (FOR ASSOCIATES & HIGHER)

  • /kick → Remove a user from the server when rules are broken or warnings are ignored.
  • /mute → Temporarily prevent a user from sending messages due to rule violations.
  • /unmute → Remove an active mute and restore a user's ability to communicate.
  • /ban → Permanently or temporarily remove a user from the server for severe rule violations.
  • /unban → Revoke a ban and allow a user back into the server.
  • /warn → Issue an official warning to a user for inappropriate behavior or minor rule violations.

🎯 Role Information

  • 🧩 Trainee Role: This is your trial period. Senior staff will monitor your activity, skills, and attitude.
  • ⚠️ Trial Phase Notice: Trainees are currently in a trial phase after being accepted. During this period, the maximum allowed inactivity/absence, even with notice, is 2 days.
  • 🛠️ Associate Role: Once promoted, you’ll become an official member of the team, gain access to manage user servers, and redeem your staff perks for free.
