đ Staff Promotion Guide
The official framework outlining eligibility requirements, review procedures, and pathways for staff rank progression.
âšī¸ How Promotions Work
Promotions are based on your overall performance, not just one statistic. Meeting the minimum requirements makes you eligible for review, but does not guarantee a promotion.
Managers will review your performance and decide whether you're ready for the next rank.
â ī¸ Demotions and promotions will not be discussed with regular staff, unless you are in moderation.

You must remain active within the staff team and support community. Low-effort or spam messages will not count.

đ How Reviews Work

Message Count
Has the staff member met the weekly message requirement for their target rank?
Ticket Quality
Is the staff member providing accurate, helpful, and high-quality assistance?
Professionalism
Does the staff member treat everyone with respect and follow standard procedures?
Reliability
Can the staff member be trusted to handle duties and support tasks autonomously?
